What to Know About Admissions
For parents interested in enrolling students for the 2024/2025 school year, we can technically accommodate enrollments at any time up until the first week of August. However, we prefer that parents plan ahead and submit some of their enrollment information in the spring. Below is a step-by-step guide for what needs to happen when, with convenient links to pay the appropriate book fees and enrollment fees that allow us to order materials and reserve your student's spot. We would love to help educate and shepherd your child in our faith-based academic environment.
Tuition for 2024/2025
To be eligible for Kindergarten, students must be five years old or will turn five by August 31st of the current enrolling school year.
Student Fees K-8th:
Book Fee (Due May 1st) - $275 Per Student*
Pre-Enrollment Fee (Due May 1st) - $100*
Enrollment Fee (Due Aug. 1st) - $100*
*Fees are non-refundable and are separate from (not included in) tuition payment plans / discounts / scholarships.
New Students:
Any new students enrolling after the May 1st deadline for pre-enrollment fee and book fee will be required to pay all book fees, enrollment fees, and first month's tuition payment at the August enrollment event.
Mid Year Transfers:
Transferring students will pay all book fees, enrollment fees, and current month tuition upon enrollment.
Student Tuition:
Kindergarten through 8th Grade - $3,899.00
Paid in One Payment (3% Discount) - $3,782.00*
*Discount Eligible for Pre-Payment by Cash or Check Only
Paid in Nine Monthly Payments (August-April) - $433.22
Other Terms:
Monthly tuition payments are due the 1st of each month.
We accept cash, check (with approval), and debit/credit card.
Card transactions will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
Large Family Discounts:
The school offers a discount to families with three or more children enrolling in K-8th grades:
Second Child Discount - 5%
Third Child Discount - 10%
Fourth (and Subsequent) Child Discount - 15%
Home-School Elective Class Participation
Home-schooled students may participate in PE, Art, Music, Band, Computer programs. Home-school students must enroll at the beginning of the school year and participate throughout the year. The class will be graded and state attendance requirements will apply. There will be a fee of $135.00 - $200 per semester per student for each class taken to help cover the cost of the class. Students will be required to wear school uniforms and abide by all school rules.
Scholarships
CKCA does not directly offer scholarships to students. However, some students are assisted with tuition through scholarships individually obtained through various sources. Possible sources of scholarships are: private donations, home churches, as well as the Golden Belt Community Foundation. Families interested in seeking scholarship assistance may do so by contacting the school office.
Admissions process
Because we know that back-to-school is a busy time, we want to make the Enrollment process as easy as possible for our students and their families. Below is a step-by-step guide for what needs to happen and when between spring Open House and early August enrollment events.
Step One – Submit paperwork and fees prior to May 1st.

Step Three – Submit remaining fees and paperwork by August 1st
Enrollment fee, August tuition payment, and remaining paperwork due by August 1st enrollment event.

Pay Enrollment Fee & First Month's Tuition Payment
Kindergarten Students and New Students Only:
Submit a copy of birth certificate, current immunizations, physical form*
and a completed transfer request form** to the CKCA Office.
*Physical forms for incoming Kindergarten students must be dated between May 1st and August 15th. Forms for new students must be dated within one year of enrollment.
**Transfer Request Form for incoming Kindergarten students is only needed if student is on an IEP. All mid-year transfers and new incoming 1st-8th grade students must complete a
transfer request form.

We do not have quick links for tuition payments, since those vary greatly from student to student based on scholarships and the number of students in the household. However, we do offer credit card tuition payments by phone.
